Access All Areas - a tv show set around the modern London music industry

Ever put on the tele and thought everything on here is crapola?
After doing just that and deciding that us Brits should be able to write good comedy drama like our American friends, my writing partner Dave Collyer and I set about writing a TV show we thought we'd enjoy watching every week about our beloved (and often loathed) music industry.

Based on the fortunes/misfortunes of six key characters and their intertwining relationships with a host of colourful secondary characters, bands and famous cameos, Access All Areas hits the spot just like 'Entourage' and the movie 'Almost Famous' does, we hope.

Main characters are Jack - an up n coming journalist, Chum - a small indie record label boss, Eddie - an ex-big time manager after another bite at the cherry, Patty - a flitty PR girl, Jenny - a superhot, but ageing fast female American music photographer and Rez - a rather cosmic, mythical lothario who never utters a word.

Looking to get this into production and out there so if you can help or know someone who can please do get in touch.

About

I set up Who'd of Thought It in 2010, as a blog and place to share and develop ideas.

It evolved into a small community and forum to post thoughts and canvass feedback, with me entertaining the notion of perhaps collaborating on and publishing some of the content to a wider audience. After gathering some initial traction (there are some novel concepts in the archive) other ventures took precedence.

'WoTI' now serves as a occasional pleasure, scrapbook of ideas and guest posts from those who dare. But never say never!

Enjoy! Chris Thompson
